Roloff Farm is reportedly off the market again after several acres did not sell. Although fans can still rent the Roloff Farms rental house, Matt has been trying to sell acres of the farm for $3.4 million. The Little People Big World family had debates about the sale on-screen as he didn’t want to sell to sons.

It’s not the first time that Matt Roloff has taken the Roloff Farms acres off the market. The Little People Big World star first listed the farm for sale asking for $4million in 2022. He then slashed the price to $3.4million in 2023, and has taken it off the market sometime in December, The U.S. Sun reports.

Roloff Farm off the market

Matt has taken 16 acres of Roloff Farms off the market for a second time. He took to Instagram in May 2022 to share the decision to sell the land so he “could take steps toward his retirement goals.”

Matt listed and unlisted the farm for sale after unsuccessfully finding a buyer for the property. After taking it off the market in 2022, he listed it as a rental property where fans can stay.

Although Roloff Farms is off the market, it is still available as a rental property. He originally offered the farm to both sons, Zach and Jeremy, but they “decided not to consider working together.”

Matt Roloff moves into dream home

Matt’s daughter-in-law, Audrey Roloff, has posted new videos on her Instagram showing off the exterior of Matt’s new modern home with his fiancee, Caryn Chandler, on the $4 million Oregon-based farm.

He has been building the property from scratch for a year and finally moved in recently. The TLC star originally had a farmhouse idea for the home but decided to make it modern instead.

By May, the windows were being put into the property. It came a month after Matt and Caryn got engaged, which is something he promised he would do once they moved into a new place.

Rent the Roloff Farm house

Matt requires a minimum of a three-night stay which costs approximately $2,600, while the rental has consistently received five-star reviews from guests and fans.

The rental property includes amenities such as the hot tub, castle, and Old Western Town, but does not span to where visitors can access the farm for pumpkin season.

Matt revealed that his family can stay at the rental property for zero charge. For guests, the price doubles in the summer, as three nights in June comes at a price of around $5,580.
